ARTMUC Art Fair

Tu Lin’s participation in ARTMUC 2025 highlights her continuous exploration of women’s emotions through expressive color and cultural fusion.

At this year’s ARTMUC Art Fair, artist Tu Lin presented selected works from her celebrated series We Women, including Luo Shen Fu and Three Attitudes. The exhibition space was filled with vibrant energy — visitors paused, observed, and engaged in heartfelt conversations with the artist.

Through her expressive use of color and emotional intensity, Tu Lin’s paintings celebrate the strength, vulnerability, and poetic essence of womanhood. The works stood out among the bustling fair for their powerful visual language, bridging cultural emotion and feminine identity.

The encounter at ARTMUC became more than an exhibition; it was a dialogue — between East and West, between body and soul, between artist and audience.

我们 WOMEN

Solo exhibition in Munich Germany (26. - 31.10.2024)

The theme of the exhibition is “我们 WOMEN”.

我们 (spoken “wo men”) means “we” or “us”. The title is a play on words, but it also expresses the artist's desire to tell some of the stories and show the beauty and struggles of us women.

“我们 Women”, is an exhibition dedicated to the beauty, strength, and narratives of women. It is presented in three series, each highlighting a distinct perspective on the theme.

The first series, Three Daughters of China, portrays three generations of women in my family, reflecting on tradition, perseverance, and achievement.

The second series, Spring River, Flower, Moonlit Night, takes inspiration from a classical Chinese poem. Across five paintings, it explores the cultural and poetic dimensions of feminine beauty and strength.

The third series, Self-Portrait, conveys my personal journey as a woman living in a foreign country. These works reflect the joys, challenges, and emotions that have shaped my life in Germany.
